Yup. They're ~$7/GB these days--and they keep VFAT long filenames intact
(as opposed to ISO9660, which is used in CDs), making them a superior method.

Of course, it would have been *smarter*
for you to have *read the packaging* BEFORE handing over your cash.
The manufacturers that you want to give your money to
make the effort for Win98 and are EXPLICIT about that on the blister pack
and in their ads.
Keith's hypothesis about 4GB limits on storage devices under W98 is nonsense.
OTOH, as Keith is well aware, *some* manufacturers make non-standard products
AND do a lousy job of producing device drivers for their products.
Keith is considerably behind the curve on this topic.
The (older) device driver to which he pointed is by Maximus Decim
and is inferior to the one produced by Nathan Lineback (toastytech)
--though the lesser one may still work for you[1].
Keith's is the *only* anecdote I have seen/heard
that says these generic/universal USB device drivers don't work properly.
That he has TWO devices that don't comply is especially curious.
[1] If you do use that one, make sure you at least don't get the even-older version.
