As Keith suggested, a forum that is programming-oriented
would be the proper place for you to seek advice on this.

|the problem is i able to load the dll in vs 6, but i can't run it.

One assumes you meant VB6.
|it said ActiveX component cann't create object.

While the rest of the world is moving to cross-platform programming,
it appears that you are stuck with Microsoft-only ideas from 1995.
I can't imagine why, in 2008, you would be using ActiveX for any legitimate reason.
One can only assume you have been given permission
to write yet another unmaintainable app for an intranet
which will be a pile of spaghetti code that won't work under
Mozilla, Firefox, SeaMonkey, Epiphany, Flock, Opera, Safari, Amaya, Konqueror...
...and the ongoing trials of IE8 are showing what a dark pit IE6-specific code is.
