Often the NDIS error is associated with installing Win98, resulting from CPU
issues. Is your system Win98 S.E.? Since it will start in Safe Mode, I as others
am thinking drivers also as others have said perhaps .motherboard .
Do you know if the Cd-rom Drive is in working condition? When booting with a
Win98 Boot Disk and choosing Cd-rom support, does the Cd-rom Dive work? If so, whenever
the computer is able to boot into Windows, follow the advice given by "gewg".
