Hard drive reconizing drives Monday, September 22, 2008 at 12:43 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by norma Barclay (1 messages posted) Okay here is my problem and I tried to search to see if there was a similar one and could not find it . I have two hard drives that came from a friend whom had them in a compaq pc . When I try to put the hard drive on another pc it boots up and then when it is going through the process of reconizing the drivers it gets to a driver that says something like " Aureal 3d is only compatable on compacq pc ." and will not go any further any one with any subjesting on what I can do ?
