bob,

I'm having the same problem with MSN. Tech support says it has to do with IE security
Settings. I tried their suggestions and it worked for a day or so.

I found that if you click the Home Button just above the Inbox it will display the
messages in a diferent Mode and sometimes even let you open them. YAY

Click on the IE Tools bar and open Internet Options, click the security Tab then
the Trusted Sites. Click on Custom Level then the Sites Button. Add the following
to Trusted Sites, using add to this Zone Box.

https://*.msn.com
   *.hotmail.co,
   *.live.com
   *.passport.com

If this does not work you'll have to contact Support.

Hope this helps

BW
