File opening failed. %FILE% = "c:\windows\System\msvcr71.dll" Permission denied". I do believe that AVG is the reason for my problems---can't open up MS Office without getting this message "The operating system is not configured to run this application". But Office will open in safe mode. Thanks for any solutions.
