you don't have to make up your own Subject line.
The **actual** error message you get is an EXCELLENT Subject line.

Internet Exploder has its fingers into everything.
Now it's broken and you need to get it fixed. Try these things:
Replace the broken file. (Substitute the name of your broken file.)

Install the most recent version of Internet Exploder that will work under Win98.
