Driver == Device Driver
To manage devices: Device Manager.
Start; Settings; Control Panel; System; Device Manager.
NOTE: When you Remove a device driver,
that device will no longer work under Windoze.
|How can I add [a device driver]?

Control Panel.
Start; Settings; Control Panel; Add New Hardware.
Generally, connecting new hardware to your system will throw an error at Startup
and Windoze will offer to add the item to the Windows Registry.
You simply point it at the media that contains the install file for the device.
Alternately, to manually add a device driver,
right click the install file and select Install.
|Where on my system do I find them?

All data about your system's configuration is contained in the Windows Registry
(which uses a bloated, clumsy, proprietary database format).
Manually poking around in your Registry is not advised for novices.
|How can I list them?

What you seek is called a SysInfo Utility. There are several:

|How can I copy them to a CD or flash drive?

Use Mike Moniz's utility:

The page where you can actually download the file is very busy at the moment
and is having problems keeping up with traffic demands.
Here is a copy of the description to read in the meantime:

NOTE: There is a scumbucket who goes by many names, including HunterSoft.
AVOID that imposter's plagiarism of the original.
