If you know who the manufacturer is,
it is likely to be the 1st item in a search engine's returns:
http://www.google.com/
You should add the search term "device drivers" or simply drivers.
If you *don't* know the manufacturer's name, read this
--especially the part about **SysInfo Utility**.

error message is ALWAYS more useful than your interpretation of it.
Until you have a properly-working video subsystem,
you can expect to continue to get that message.
