error on startup and others about setupx.dll Monday, March 23, 2009 at 4:13 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by zeron (4 messages posted) hi bought my computer and i accidentally turned it on but i did managed to turn it off the safe way though. then the next time i turned it on it says something like "Please wait while windows build a driver information" or somethin but after it finishes it gives me an error about msgrsv2 or somethin then it said ignore or close but i cant click ignore! when i click close it gives me the report and it said something about setupx.dll and then i tried new hardware it gives me the same error but with rundll32!
