Your Windoze install is too trashed to bother with.[1] You could spend A LOT of your time AND OURS trying to fix this by applying band-aids, and STILL not get a working system. If you don't have your data backed up to external media, mount the HDD as a slave in another (working) box and back up those files. After that, FDISK the thing to snuff any Boot Sector viruses, FORMAT it, reinstall everything (OS[2] and apps), then copy over your data files. [1] If you were getting further, you could look at BootLog.txt and see what is happening, but here the core of the OS (the kernel) is kaput. "It's dead, Jim."
