I also had a similar problem. I have had pretty good luck after I learned to use VIP Support. You probably have already found the answer to your problem, but just in case you haven't here is what they instructed me to do. Go to Help, in the drop down menu and scroll down to "Enter Registration Code". If you have purchased more than one program you will have to do this for each one of them.
