It's looks like I succeeded in eliminating the blue screen (fatal exception...) by
applying most of the recommended suggestions from the board.
In addition I have uninstalled the Spybot prg. because it was acting kind of strange
on its opening process.
I have now shut down the system a few times and it shuts down quickly and so far
no...blue terrifying screen ! TG. I just hope it won't appear again.
Many thanks to all of you guys for your time in helping me in solving this problem.
