The free version of Killdisk allows you to selectively erase individual partitions. 
You should be able to erase the Linux partitions.

You then need to resize your Windows partition to take up the free space. There is 
a freeware program which is supposed to do this though I have never used it.

If you have a payware program like Partition Magic it would be easier to use.
