i didn't see any answer. most browsers are pretty much the same. go into tools select preferences or internet options. you will see a box which will allow you to start your browser with options blank page , home page, etc. make the selection you want close the window. using the command at the bottom of the page. get out of the browser. restart the browser hopefully all will be well.
