When I try to updated it it states that I need to download windows\temp\direct.b1 however it is not letting me download it. Here is what I get Do you want to install and run C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\direct.b1 The publisher cannot be determined due to problems below. The object to be verified is unknown to the Trust Provider. I click yes and it will not install, how can I install that file so I can have this computer running correctly?
