I went to oldapps.com and downloaded Sygate Personal Firewall 5.6.2808. Here's the link: http://www.oldapps.com/old_version_sygate_firewall.php. It's easy to configure and doesn't seem to affect computer speed. Symantec bought Sygate a few years ago so I figured it's a good product. This website also offers Tiny Personal Firewall 6.5.92 and Outpost Firewall 3.0; apparently they also support Windows 98. I did locate Firefox 2.0.0.20 at http://www.filehippo.com/download_firefox/5015/. Thanks again to gewg.
