Jack,
Obviously there are still some Registry entries left over. I suggest you install
and run RegSeeker (free from the folowing link). It has a built in Search function
if the Registry Cleaner fails to find anything related.

Sounds like you're familiar enough with the Windows Registry to avoid removing anything
harmful.
