Yup.

Mozilla has taken a similar approach--but Moz's is less radical
(and they have a lot less ground left to make up).
Their motivation was to get something shipped, so it was a feature freeze.
Still, they scored in the 90s.

|On that basis, Firefox gets an A, Opera gets an A+ and IE gets an F.

The minimal spread in the scores among Micros~1's versions is also instructive.
Truly a former giant in it's twilight years.
