I am not interested in theory, or how much web developers grumble about IE, or what Microsoft did or didn't do. I am interested in results. The point was that when the OP tried "broken" IE6 he could access MySpace, when he used the "more standards-compliant" browser Firefox he was given the run around. A similar thing happened to me last year when I tried to register at a corporate website. When I tried "more standards-compliant" Opera it didn't work, when I tried "broken" IE6 it worked.
