Hi everyone
Well i am new here but surely have the same problem well had at this moment i just
fixed it. I tyed eveything possible went through MS Support page and nothing well
tired.
My solution CHECK YOUR VIDEO CARD a had an AGP video card replaced it with an old
PCI an walla computer when into windows no problem ERROR WAS GONE Seem agp is not
really good go pci if have an old computer. Check your hardware one by one. thannks
