Windows 98SE does not fully load Thursday, June 7, 2001 at 10:46 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by John (1 messages posted) When I turn on my PC, Windows loads half way through and then restarts. After it starts reloading it comes up with the safe mode option because windows failed to load on the previous attempt. I have posted this problem before with no responses and have also seen other postings with no answers to this issue. Could someone please help us with this WINDOWS 98 ANNOYANCE? Thanks.
