Bob,
thanx for the response.
I'm not sure how to clarify my question, but here goes:
The application is excel 2000.
I have several cells which have hard returns (alt-enter)
Print preview shows me that I have the first line,
but It does not highlight the fact that the second line is being cut off because
my row height is not high enough.
Further, when I print it on another printer
I get the second line overtyped on top of the cell beneath. Since it is another printer,
print preview is not showing the effects of a printer that it does not know about.
Bottom line: it is very possible for me to not be printing all my data and me not
knowing this.
And going thru each cell and looking at the formula bar is tedious.
