Hi!
I have a 5BW173 and had Epson Stylus Color 600 and a Genius Color
Page EP installed and doing so well.
Then the modem was lost and I had to send this PC to a shop where they
replaced the motherboard.
Since it came back I get this "Integer divide by 0" error message everytime
I try to install the printer. (I tried to install the scanner too, but after
using thequick restore CD I decided to go
just for the printer at first.)
* I used the win95 epson's driver (for win95 but always worked well with
98 before),
* Dowloaded the updated one from Epson's site, and
* Used the one that comes with Windows 98.
* Bought a new cable,
******* Nothing helped.
The printer manual says it works as bi-directional and this is how bio was
set. But the printer configuration box has the option "enable bi-directional
support for this printer" which I cannot use, 'cause it's shaded.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
Please help me. I hope you can. COMPAQ support couldn't.
Thanks, Katia
