I don't know how you have it set up. But if 98 is on your first partition (C:)
and you have win2k on your 2nd (D:) I would leave your 98 alone and just reinstall
the 2000 setup. That's how mine is setup and I've had no problems with either.
But if you decide to leave it dual boot....don't use System Commander this time.
Just fire up your 98 and stick the 2000 disk in and run setup from inside 98. It
will automatically setup the dual boot for you. Lot's of luck!
