Prevent bypassing network login:
In your registry go to the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Network\Logon
add DWord called MustBeValidated, value of 1

If you change your Logon type to Microsoft Family Login, you won't need to get rid of the cancel button. Nobody will be able bypass the logon box or create a new user.(NOTE: If you don't have the MS Family Logon added you'll need to)
