Restoring Outlook 2000 .pst files screws up all dates

Greetings,
I reformatted the computer and have successfully reinstalled everything accept the
dates in Outlook 2000. However I try to reinstall the pst file, my dates, appointments,
recurring and single events are always screwed up. Generally speaking, the events
I have in the calendar are all day events. After restoring, the events come up with
little alarm clock icons and they all span an extra day. One day events become two
day events, birthdays and holidays are two days. Work week events will include Saturday.
 I'm going nuts!!!

I've tried just replacing the outlook.pst file with the backup copy, tried importing
all the info into a new pst, etc. Nothing works.

Lots of events, but not all, have changed their times from 12am -12am, One day, to
3am - 3am. I guess that would account for the extra day.

Any ideas on how to fix everything without doing it by hand? Any ideas are appreciated.

Travis
