Like many others I'm annoyed by the new Word 2000 Clipboard Toolbar. But I see it
can be useful, and might very well use it myself in the future. So I don't want to
get rid of it altogheter, like described in
and . What bothers
me is how it puts itself smack in the client area and covers my work. I know I can
move it manually to the toolbars area at the top of the Word window, but I wish it
would stay there permanently. Now it seems I have to repeat this manual procedure
each time I open Word, and for each document opened. I'd be grateful if somebody
could suggest a solution.

A minor nuisance is the Clipboard Toolbar's warning when the clipboard is full. I
don't really need that warning and wish it could be turned off.
