What I have done to get rid of any 'as web page' view is first to go into windows
explorer and select View|Folder Options..
Under the general tab, you can select Custom and make sure you select the option
under
"View Web content in folders" that is:
"Only for folders where I select as a web page."
Select OK and OK again to get out of Folder Options.
Then, go back into the windows explorer, uncheck
View|as Web Page, go into View|Folder Options.., hit the View tab and hit the button
at the top that says Like Current Folder.
Then you can close out your windows explorer window, and open it up again and all
the html stuff should be gone. Then everything looks like windows 95's explorer.
