Your video card doesn't appear to be installed correctly. If it IS installed correctly,
you should be able to just click START>SHUT DOWN>REBOOT and let the system cyle.
If it's all right, you'll come back up in regular mode. Otherwise, I'd suggest reinstalling
the driver for the video card. Do this by right-clicking My Computer on your desktop,
the choose properties and click the Device Manager tab. Your video card should be
listed under Display Adapters (when "view devices by type" is selected), select it,
choose properties and (with the card's install disk in the drive) click the "driver"
tab and click "update driver" then follow the on screen instructions.
