Grayed Out Menu Options Tuesday, July 17, 2001 at 8:56 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Linde Crawford (1 messages posted) I am running Windows 98 Second Edition. All of a sudden I can no longer right click on the Start bar and click on Explore or Open. They are both grayed out. This is also happening in IE 5.0 Browser. The File>Send> options are also grayed out. Any help would be appreciated.
