>If you want windows to stop playing the message, remove the sound card from the system and reboot. this will solve the problem. When you are ready to re-install ensure that you are selecting the correct driver, either included with your hardware, or the latest downloaded from the internet. When windows asks for the driver tell it the location you have placed the drivers in. Should solve the problem. If not there could be a conflict with other devices. Check for bombs in the device manager to see. remove the conflicting device and try again.
