The file doesn't exist on my computer, so I can only assume that it is a left over virus file. Start Registry Editor (Start/Run and type regedit) and under the Edit tab, click find, and try searching the registry for leftover remnants of msatrib. Also, Start/Run and type msconfig. Under the Startup tab, check for references of it there. If there are references to it in msconfig/Startup, you can find them in the registry here: hklm/software/microsoft/windows/current version/Run hkcu/software/microsoft/windows/current version/Run
