Your route to enabling/disabling the disconnect option is not in my software. I am a customer of roadrunner, and I need the option to disconnect when I so desire. For instance, I need to disconnect to run Defrag because of the HUGE amount of hackers on roadrunner. Please help me to gain the disconnect option.......
