Question about 'Hide all Icons on the Desktop'

I have a question about Hide all Icons on the Desktop:

If I decide to run this program that hides all desktop icon's, a. can I return my computer back to it's origional state? and how is it done? b. Once I run this Hide desktop icon program, how do I access the icon's I did use such as recycle bin, my cpu, my network ? Thank you very much! Jason
