I have a question about What to do about a Page-fault, Illegal operation, or Fatal exception Error:

I get a 'program performed an illegal operation' quite frequently when I'm on the internet. I use MSN. It seems to happen when I click on something to access an internet page. The program the error refers to is called 'trayclnt'. This error causes me to have to reboot. When I reboot, my desktop doesn't come up correctly. Please help.
