Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

After installing WinPortrait PivotPro v 6.01, the context menu for every item not in a window on the desktop displays WinPortrait's logo and four items for PivotPro functions. (PivotPro enables a user to rotate the display image in 90 degree increments.) Any clues on how to remove these context menu items that are not specific to an object type? (i.e. the context menu for a file shortcut displays these PivotPro items from the desktop, but not from an explorer window.) Our only motivation for keeping this version over the previous version is for its significant bug fixes. I have emailed PivotPro's tech support, and they were of no help. Is there a "Usability Hall of Shame" to which I can add their name? Thanks in advance, Laura
