That technique is alright, but I found a better program: http://members.fortunecity.com/rbnwares1/rbnwarescol.html It's called StartButton, it lets you change the text(I changed mine to 'Stop') the tooltip(mine is 'Click here to end.') and the icon(mine is a picture of Bill Gates' head exploding :)). The only drawback is that icons done by this program only accept 16x16 images, while Windows supports many more, but it's 100 million times better than edititng with hex!
