I have a question about Identifying the programs that Windows runs at boot:

Everytime I boot up, a specific folder is opened on my desktop. There is nothing special about the folder, but it is the same one every time. I have run msconfig and checked everything there; I have searched the registry; I have looked at my StartUp folder. Nowhere is there any reference to this folder, but it appears at every start up. How do I get rid of it? Thanks.
