I have a question about Uninstalling Windows:

I recenlty installed windows2000, and choose not to install it over win98 because i wanted to make sure it worked before i erased win98. Well it works well, but now i can't uninstall windows because the uninstall files are gone. Is it OK to boot using a Boot Disk and then "deltree c:\windows\*.*" ? Please help me i got no space on my hard drive and no money to buy a new one !! thnx Jonathan.
