I'm having the above problem. Here goes again... The regedit fix seems a little fuzzy to me. My DriverDesc key has the value "3Com Etherlink 10/100 PCI TX NIC (3C905B-TX)" not "TCP/IP" When I make a new String Value there doesn't seem to be a decimal option either. So I made a new key MaxMTU with the data 1454 and still have the same problem of some sites working on the host but not the client.
