Wednesday, December 5, 2001 at 1:58 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Gavin (1 messages posted) I have a question about Windows keeps forgetting simple settings, such as screen colors!: When I click on the start button and the menu window appears, most of the time the vertical 'Windows 98' (background blue) bottom left hand corner, is missing or dissorted.
