I have a question about What to do about a Page-fault, Illegal operation, or Fatal exception Error:

I recently installed a new cd rom drive, the comp store told me there was no need to remove any software for the old drive. After installing everything works OK except I now get a "This program has performed illegal" etc and the file PKWUVYI.exe. I close this and it runs OK. What can I do to eliminate this window? I believe this is a driver conflict even though the system information says "no conflicts" Can I delete PKWUVYI.exe? How do I delete the old driver Thanks in advance Keith
