Question about 'Help! My application doesn't work with or crashes Windows'

When I try to load the software for my digital camera, I get the error box, "not a valid Win32 application". I had the software installed before and I uninstalled it. I have tried to get the install screen from the "start, browse, etc.", still doesn't work. Bob Hillerby
