Question about 'What to do about a Page-fault, Illegal operation, or Fatal exception Error'

Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum

We have windows98, and when we try to shut down a fatal exception 0E at 0028:BFF88112 comes up over 75% of the time. The worst part is that the only way to shut down from that screen is to unplug the computer. Does anyone have any suggestions?
