Question about 'Customize Common Dialogs'

I have a question about Customize
Common Dialogs:
The piece specifies that the tweak is for Win95 only.
Anyone know if there is a similar thing for Win98? Cos' try as I have (too much -
that's why I'm posting) I can't seem to get these commom dialogues to stay sorted
alphabetically.
