Question about 'Turn Off Delete Confirmation'

I have a question about Turn Off Delete Confirmation:

You mention that there is no way in Windows 98 to delete a file without a confirmation message. It is possible the following way: if in word you go to file, open, then select a file or folder and then press on the delete button on your keyboard, the file/folder is deleted without warning. But the warning is given when deleting a file from the explorer. How can I change this setting? Thanks in advance.
