Question about 'Clean up your hard disk'

When I do a defrag, I noticed that sometimes I get bits of "Data that will not be moved". How do I get rid of this annoyance!! Also, I think it is more efficent to defrag by "least accessed" file order or even "longest unaccessed" which probable create the least file fragmentations over time. Sometimes defrag just takes hours. How do I do this? The most typical setting is "Rearrange program files that my program runs faster". I am just wondering what is the defrag scheme adopted, program file first followed on non-executables or whatisit? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Warmest regards. Derek
