Question about 'What to Throw Away'

I have a question about http://www.annoyances.org/exec/show/article05-008, What to Throw Away. It seems to me that there are hundreds more files that Windows installs that can be thrown away, and I'd like to know if there's a complete list posted anywhere. For instance, there are over 100 mb of files in the c:\windows\options\cabs sub-directories that I've deleted with no apparent ill efects. I haven't deleted the files in the cabs directory itself, but I suspect that I can. I'd like to delete every file in the c:\windows directory and subdirectories that is not needed to run windows. This article lists some, but there seem to be plenty more. If anyone can help, please email me at pww@stargate.net. Thanks.
