I have a question about Windows says it's "Dangerously Low on System Resources":

I am having a problem with resources. I keep getting the error message system dagerously low on resources. I have checked to see what else is running and it's not much. It happens when I get online mostly, sometimes just checking my mail triggers it. I have reconfigured my start up using msconfig without results. When I turn my comp on resources are between 60 and 80%. By the time I get online I'm under 60%. Any ideas... I'm out of them. I have 10 gbytes with over 6 free, and 182 ram. I use msn internet service with msn explorer.
